It all started with a change of logo. They had already tried with another company but the other company had gone off on a tangent all of their own. BDAallMedia.com did a couple of quick designs and mailed them. Three months later out of the blue the phone rang, a meeting and the business.
The Stimpsons brand comes from the days of Lloyds and the Black Horse who bought companies like Stimpsons and then found they couldn’t run them successfully and sold them at a loss.
They knew what they wanted, which always helps! All BDAallMedia.com had to do was listen and provide a bit of creativity. Perfect. All that was really needed was a bit of work modernising the typeface, but not too modern as they are an established company.
It’s a bit like the corporate company’s logos. They have changed several times over a fifty year period but subtlely each time.
